This message is being posted to let everyone know the procedures of how applications will be processed.

Once an applicant gets invited to the guild, the application will remain in our application forum to allow the membership to communicate freely about their experiences with them. The applicant has 2 weeks to let the Tribe get to know them and complete a Trial of the Tenderclaw. This is an event of their choosing in which guild members will attend to get to know them. It is the responsibility of the applicant to decide what the event is and to notify an Elder of the type of event chosen, time, date and location. If a trial cannot be completed within the two weeks, an automatic two week extension will be given. If it cannot be attained within four weeks, the applicant will be denied until such time that they can be available. Exceptions can be made to issues with computer, real life, etc as long as an Elder is made aware of it.

Once the two weeks is up and the Trial of the Tenderclaw has been had, a poll will be added to the application forums in regards to the applicant, which all members are able to vote upon. Full membership will be granted after a successful vote.

Promotions to Tenderclaw will be done the Saturday following poll completion.
